Overview

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Us”, “SDWSale”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing United States Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 

Payment Process

Cash or Personal Check with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or Wire Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court.. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. Returned checks will incur a $35.00 (USD) charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation required.. You can also refer any cancellation requests by calling us. We reserve the right to levy a $30-$150 (USD) charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses and a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are over $5,000 (USD) must have a 72 hour notice to be canceled.

 

 

Refusing Delivery (Return/Refund Policy)

For any delivery you refuse, you must give a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel. You can notify us in person, via email, and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. You can also refer any return/refund requests by calling us. We reserve the full right to implement a $30-$150 (USD) charge to cover any subsequent deliver & administrative expenses, in addition to a %20 restocking fee. Orders greater than $5,000 (USD) must have a maximum 72 hour notice to be canceled. Depending on your method of payment, please allow a refund processing time of 3 to 21 days.

 

Security & Privacy Policy

All online transactions are fully secured through a secure web server. All given credit card information along with other sensitive information is transmitted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which is then encrypted though our payment gateway providers’ secure databases and is only accessible by persons or individuals authorized with special privileges to such systems and, as fully required by law, are fully mandated to keep all information confidential.

We wholesale tobacco accessories & smoke shop supplies.  All of our products are tobacco use, only.  You must be 18 or older to purchase from our website.

 

Anyone accessing the site for any reason must comply with and/or agree to the following :

 

  1. SDWSale reserves the absolute right to refuse customers. All orders are subject to acceptance. The management reserves the right to withhold and/or cancel any order at any time, without notice or reason.

 

  1. Attention New Customers – Payment on your first order, only

 

  1. COD – We will charge a partial payment of $100 paid by credit card(or debit card) before we start working on your order.  $100 partial payment will go towards your final purchase price and the remaining balance can be paid by COD method or credit card.  This applies to your first order, only – Starting on your second order, the entire amount can be sent out as COD.

 

  1. Credit Card – If you’re paying by credit card, $100 will be charged on the day we authorize your order.  The remaining balance will be charged on the day we ship your order.  Please be informed that this is for your first order, only.  For orders larger than $1,000, we will charge 50% on the day we authorize your order.

 

  1. All orders exceeding $2,000 : We will charge 50% before we start the work.

 

  1. Our credit card system does not accept pre-paid credit card.

 

  1. Minimum order is $200.00 per order. All orders below this amount will be automatically cancelled.

 

  1. All orders will be turned around within 3 business days.

 

  1. All refused COD orders : Once a COD order is returned, your account will be suspended.  Please contact us for how to resolve an issue.

 

  1. For damages, please refer to “Return Policy” tab.

 

  1. It is customer’s obligation to check local and state laws before ordering. You must be fully aware of the laws in your community and solely responsible for any actions.

 

  1. SDWSale and all parties involved with this website in NO WAY accept responsibility for the use of products advertised on this website.

 

  1. Prices are per piece unless noted otherwise.

 

  1. All prices are subject to change without notice and we are not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors.

 

  1. If a credit card order is declined for non-payment, your account will be on suspension.  Once your account is under suspension due to non-payment, your subsequent order will be automatically cancelled.  To reinstate your order, we will charge a previous handling and processing fee of $25.00.

 

  1. In any event the liability of SDWSale resulting from the delivery of defective products will be limited to direct damages up to the price stipulated for the product in question. Liability for indirect damages is excluded unless the damages are due to SDWSale willfull intent or gross negligence. SDWSale will not be liable in the event that the defect has been fully or partially caused by any improper and careless handling of the purchaser.

 

  1. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
